REGISTRATION INFORMATION: Teams of 2 can be registered for $20 per team here.  Registration can also be done in person, please make checks payable to Phi Sigma Kappa Philanthropy. All proceeds help support the Special Olympics at GMU and Fairfax County.
 
SPONSOR A SET: You can sponsor a corn hole set for $100. This option lets you decorate your corn hole boxes, keep the set, and gets you registration for one team. See the contact information at the bottom of this post.
 
THE GAME: Cornhole is a fun yard game consisting of two slanted wooden boxes, with 6 inch holes near the top of the box, placed a distance apart.  There are four players per set of boxes, each others team mate is directly across from each other.  Each team has 4 beanbags and the object is to throw the beanbags and land them on the box, scoring 1 point or going through the hole, scoring 3 points.
 
THE TOURNAMENT: Prizes will be given to the winner and runner-up of the tournament. Please be at registration by 11:00AM.
 
COME ENJOY A FUN AFTERNOON WITH THE BROTHERS OF PHI SIGMA KAPPA AND THE SPECIAL OLYMPICS OF NORTHERN VIRGINIA!!!

Phi Sigs Receive Chapter Awards at Formal

 The Xi Septaton Chapter held their annual formal on May 1, 2005 at Liberty Mountain Resort in Pennsylvania.  The event was a blow-out success and Phi Sig has the option to return in the future to the same resort.

Xi Septaton Earns Praise for Recruitment Assistance

Brothers of Xi Septaton chapter have earned the praise of Phi Sigma Kappa International Headquarters staff for their help with re-starting Eta chapter at the University of Maryland.

Here is a quote from a post on the national Web Site:
   The Eta Colony was re-established Thursday, April 16 at the University of Maryland. Grand Council Director Tim Vojtasko, Eta Alumni Association President Scott Shaul and Fraternity Operations Specialist Erik Sederstrom represented the Grand Chapter.
   The staff at the International Headquarters publicly thanks the Xi Septaton Chapter at George Mason for helping to recruit on the Maryland campus.
